BREAKING: Pavlov dissolved

In a shock announcement made this morning by His Serene Highness Sovereign Prince Iskender IV to the members of the Crown Council, His Serene Highness has declared that the Principality of Pavlov will be dissolved and that all its provinces shall be able to decide their own future. The reaction from Crown Council members was absolute shock and sadness and Minister of State Hasan Çakar had to hold a private conversation with His Serene Highness following the announcement. The move to dissolve Pavlov comes two weeks after a "transitional period" was declared and a new constitution was adopted, however the dissolution has nothing to do with any other the changes or inactivity.
Now that Pavlov will be dissolved, questions have been raised over the future of its territories and especially Hasanistan and Nazir. The local government of Hasanistan has said that it will continue to exist as a independent state and that it will work with and help any other province which wishes to continue as an independent state. The local Hasani government has also said that His Serene Highness will be granted citizenship and will serve in a major position. His Serene Highness will also work with the Lostislandic government, a nation that had good relations with the former Pavlovian government.
Work will begin today to establish a new government structure for Hasanistan and hopefully will be complete by the end of the weak. Hasan Çakar, Pavlovian Minister of State and the President of Hasanistan prior to integration within Pavlov, will become the temporary head of state and has said Hasanistan will not use a previous constitution although a new constitution may use elements of it. Finally, Hasanistan may integrate territories of the former Pavlov if allowed to continue some of Pavlov's legacy.
